Sales order confirmations are emailed on every order. If you find a discrepancy, please notify us immediately at 815-467-2224 to ensure you receive accurate products.
Changes to Orders
All product changes to orders must be made with 24 hours of placing your order. This must be done by calling us at 815-467-2224 and speaking to a customer service representative. No other method of change will be accepted.
Cancelling an Order
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. This must be done by calling us at 815-467-2224 and speaking to a customer service representative. No other method of cancellation will be accepted. Orders undergo review before being released for processing. Orders are typically reviewed within 24 hours, but it can take up to 2 business days depending on the volume of orders that require review. If an order cancellation is authorized after entering the processing stage you will be refunded your purchase amount less payment processing fees (2.9% +.30). Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a customer’s statement. Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.
Product Substitution
All products and/or colors may not be available at time of order. In the event a product and/or color is not available the customer will be notified and given the option to modify or cancel their order.
Return Policy for Doors
All doors are manufactured and custom built to the size and specifications of the customer and therefore non-returnable.
