Moderco Operable Walls

Moderco Operable Walls are the standard product to use when dividing classrooms, training rooms, ball rooms, & gymnasiums. MODERCO offers several models including 16 & 18 gauge steel framed panels, steel reinforced frames, hinged paired panels, individual panels, curve & diverter and electric wall type systems.

Moderco Operable Walls  are tested to high quality standards with life cycle, stress, & serviceability of the panels for our distributors and customers.

• Built to last
  Moderco Panels are built with a strong steel reinforced aluminum alloy frame that provides strength and stability as well as protection to the panel finish while panels are in motion.
• Limitless finish possibilities
  Traditional finishes of vinyl, fabric, and carpet are available in a variety of colors and textures. Signature series options include: plastic laminates, wood veneers, & specialty steels.
• Pass doors
  Pass Doors may be incorporated in selected panels to provide egress, fire safety, service entrance or general access to an area. Signature Pass Doors all have mechanical retractable bottom seals, no sweeps dragging on the floor, and are constructed to match the panel. This design maintains the acoustical and aesthetic integrity of the Partition.
• Works surfaces
  Choose from dry marker boards, chalkboards, tack boards and tackable surfaces. Moderco offers them all recessed with optional custom trim and recessed trays. All work surfaces are recessed into the panel for additional protection. Tack boards are a full ⅛” thick in either Natural Cork or Forbo. Full height tackable gypsum or optional ” & ⅛” Natural cork are also other options.

The Moderco Excel 700 offers a technologically advanced, aesthetically pleasing design. It uses a unique welded steel frame that permits all substrates (skins), both tackable and steel to be welded to the frame.

The Moderco Excel 700 product offers numerous options including
marker boards, marker/chalk trays, eraser pockets, same construction
pass thru doors and inset exit signs.

• Moderco offers two choices of finishes – vinyl and carpet – in variety of colorsas selected from our standard color cards.
• Gymdoor wall system may be stacked in a pocket / model 8010 or against a vertical end wall / model 8011.
